Hua Hin Vintage Car Rally
Hua Hin Vintage Car Rally an annual event takes place in December. The Tourism Authority of Thailand, hoteliers, and the Vintage Car Club of Thailand are organising the 5th Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade in December 2007.
More than 60 antique and classic cars will begin the captivating 225-kilometre journey from Sofitel Central Plaza, Bangkok, starting early in the morning and head for Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort.
The following day the cars will parade around the coastal resort town beginning 9am. The starting point is always Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort from where they drive to the railway station, Klai Kangwon Palace and back to the hotel.
A charity gala dinner, themed "Back to the '20s" takes place the same evening, followed by dressing competition involving costumes from that era, games and award presentation.
